Will only newly registered students receive a coupon for ordering books, or will students who have revalidated their expiring course validity receive a coupon when converting from the old to the new?

Converting from old to new then you will be paying Rs.1000 in order to receive books
I completed my group1. Now i only need the book of Audit and FM+SM --> for buying it from CDS portal it cost RS.1445 (for paper 5& 6 alone). if i convert from old to new scheme in SSP portal by paying RS.1000 can i order paper 5&6 books from CDS portal using coupon ?

While ordering I haven't received any mail....But when placing an order for books the coupon was available

ok. you converted to new in SSP portal by paying 1000. if i let the conversion happen automatically in few days in SSP portal then how i can get the book by paying 500. do you know about that situation

While converting you need not pay Rs.1000, Only while choosing books in the cds portal & proceeding payment only need to pay the amount. If you are waiting for auto conversion, then no issues. Choose the group 2 books & make Rs.500 payment.
