when notice is send by XLtd Co to 1) member MrA 2) another Co YLtd who are holding demat shares of XLtd at SBI depository how is tht notice send ? i) XLtd to SBI, then SBI to MrA & YLtd or ii) XLtd to MrA & YLtd
