can i avoid e-way generate of value exceed 50k, by raising two invoice in place of that single supply inorder to reduce the value below 50k to a single party.

No you cannot avoid E way bill by splitting invoices into two parts

But for a transporter, the value exceed 50000 so he has to file e- way bill

You can do that. But transporter has to generate.
