pls can anyone expl me with an example like Altd to these points 5) meaning of model article 6) doubt 7) does this mean tht this section will not apply to 1956 Co Act ? if 1956 provisions are amended then this will b ?

5)Model article as given in Tables. 6) Model articles will apply if AoA does not modify the model articles. Model articles will be followed if it AoA is silent on specific poiints. 7) Existing companies under 1956 Act can continue to apply their articles as per 1956 act.

5) Tables F to J. A to E are tables for memorandum 7) It means if they amended their articles as per 2013 Act, then only this section will apply to them. Else, they can continue to apply articles as per 1956 Act
