No whenever bills receivable comes you should credit it to the debtors Alc and dishonoured will be debtors vice versa

Bills receivable cannot be termed as debtors but it has a debit balance because at the time of maturity, the cash will be collected from debtor by presenting that bill which is issued by our debtor. So bills receivable has debit balance
