sir, in video you have said that strategy gives direction and strategic management is process of formulating and implementing the strategy. please, explain the words DIRECTION and PROCESS with a simple example in simple words?

1. Direction refers to the plans that need to be implemented for an organisation to progress towards its vision and fulfil its goals. 2. Process refers to the ongoing process of planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of all necessities an organization needs to meet its goals and objectives.
