in consideration and legal rules regarding consideration answer should we just explain the rules or write examples also in exam?

the first part of the answer should include the provision of Law. Try to quote the Section number if you remember it properly. the second part should start with "in the given case" or "in the present case" wherein you'll describe the conditions given in the question. the third part is of analysis.
