permuntation and combinations

I have a doubt regarding , in permutation and combinations , questions are given by ICAI Some of the questions they already mentioned about that is permuntation or combination . If it is not mentioned , how to find permuntation questions or combination questions ? Are there any key words or anything to understand , Can anyone explain to me ?

If the order doesn't matter then we have a combination, if the order does matter then we have a permutation
