Assume 100 KG of mixed quantity is the output. In that output, assume qty of tea worth Rs.20 is X kg. Then Qty of Rs.28 worth tea is 100kg-X KG . Solve the equation 20 * X + 28 * (100-X) = 25 * 100. You will X as 37.5 and 100-X as 62.5. So ratio is 37.5:62.5 i.e 3:5
