No not those topics. They are separate and still relevant for syllabus. Only 4 above mentioned topics are deleted which are under heading 11, 12, 13, 16 of ICAI SM of Ch-2 (Module 2) respectively

No in generally board never do any change before the exams. If they want to change or amend any details they will inform 2-3 three months prior. So don't worry prepare well. All the best
