If you are not confident on clearing the foundation in this attempt then opt out from the examinations. Just stay calm and ask yourself whether you have prepared in such a way that you can score atleast 50 in every subject no matter how the question paper is. If you don't know whether you can score atleast 50 then solve a couple of previous or mock test papers.

Yes, if you chose to give the foundation examinations in January 2021 then you'll be eligible to give your attempt of intermediate in November 2021.
