Income Tax Return Filing Deadline for AY20-21 extended

In view of the continued challenges faced by taxpayers in meeting statutory compliances due to outbreak of COVID-19, the Govt further extends the dates for various compliances.
- Taxpayers who require their accounts to get audited (including international transfer pricing audits) - From 31st January 2021 to 15th February 2021
- Other tax payers - From 31st December 2020 to 10th January 2021
- Tax audit report - To be submitted by 15th January 2021
- Vivad se Viswas scheme - From 31st December 2020 to 31st January 2021
The Government has also extended deadline to furnish Annual return under GST to 31st January 2021
