These many comments are giving preference to cancel then while conduct the survey Icai, indigo learn there is only 20% and 12% it's shocking for me I expected nearly 70%

What is the big issue here. If you want to write in November write in November. ICAI is being very considerate and giving you option. Students who want to take the pressure and still write will write. You are not loosing your attempt write.
