Following are the gist of Recommendations: Watch the video here

Re-evaluation of answer books not recommended.
Errors that are apparent and don't require the application of mind may be corrected. For e.g True or false questions. However, No re-evaluation recommended in other cases.
Make entry at Foundation level tough - Recommendation to restrict the number of attempts to 3.
If a candidate scores less than 20% at Inter level for two consecutive attempts, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the next two exams.
Minimum stipend paid to be doubled.
Committee not in favor of MCQ - Recommends ICAI to review the need for MCQs. If ICAI accepts this recommendation, MCQs may be withdrawn.
Negative marking recommended for MCQs.
Model answers (without marking scheme to be published)
Publish MCQ questions and answer keys
Provide copies of answer books to all candidates

These are at the recommendation stage and the final decision is not yet taken.

Sir ye mcq m negative marking 50% in ca final kyu.. I mean direct tax in ca final is huge subject.. analytics mcq are most welcome but we are not agree with negative marking...

Fact is that, we don't care about presentation and legibility of answer as we use to at time of 10+2 at this level, that really ended up student with losing his/her marks, and most of them really don't study well and teacher of coaching institutions doesn't make students realize this fact becoz their fear will caused them to make more money. There is nothing like scaling or something.

Restriction for foundation and inter level is OK. Rest all recommendations are BS.

Re-evaluation ka right hona chahiye. Mene cerified copy maga li h.. Muje 6 Mark's chahiye overall.. inohone step marking tak nh ki h.. what to do sir..
