Relaxation in Articleship Registration(Old) | Success for Students

Dear Students,

ICAI has considered relaxation in registration of articleship for old course students. We thank each and every student who had taken part in our signature campaign (Campaign details to extend cut off till 31st October - here).

The following category of students can register for 3 Years of articleship by 30th September

Students who have cleared any one group under the old scheme can commence 3 years articleship.
Students who have registered/provisionally registered under direct entry scheme can start 3 years articleship. Passing of CA Inter to register for articleship not requried.
Students who have converted to Direct Entry route can start articleship. They would be eligible to write Nov-23 CA inter exams provided articleship commenced by 30th September.

Students can register for articleship from 21st August 2023.

Interested students are advised to take note of above and get themselves registered.

I have completed my 1 year of articleship through direct entry. I have discontinued the articleship for exam purposes.. I am planning to re-register after writing Nov 2023 exams. Do I have to re-register before 30th Sep?

I'm also falling in the same case sir.. But I believe, this notification is for the students who are going to freshly register for the articles right before Sep 30. Since we have already completed 1 year of Articleship, I have a query/confusion as to Will this notification applies to us?.

You must be registered at the time of results.

You can convert but need to complete full 2 years fresh.

Sir if we apply for articles now,, then we can apply for final in may26 as normal...is there need to complete self paced modules test for 6 months after the articles??
