It is in regard students who opted out in July and appearing exams in November. If suppose students from maharastra opted out for July exams, and appeared in November, even though they passed in November, SC suggesting to consider them they are passed in July instead of November

Only those persons who already paid the fee for July exams,if choosen to opt out or ready for exams in July, and written exams in November ,will be treated as july attempt.

Sir. I am a parent. I would prefer ICAI should give option to change of exam centre till at least July 25th. For sanitization of centre it may require one day only. Existing centres are already fixed. But sometimes in any problem in the area students can change the centre rather than opt out
