What to do if correct level of exam is not appearing in application dashboard?

Applicable to - 

- Students cleared CA Inter and exam dashboard shows Intermediate/ATE instead of CA Final

- Students registered for CA Inter but the dashboard shows CPT/Foundation instead of CA Inter

- Students who converted to the new scheme but the dashboard still shows the old scheme. 

What to do?

Create a provisional log-in

How to create a new provisional log-in?

1. www.icaiexam.icai.org
2. Go to "New User Regsiter here"
3. Select examination
4. Enter Registration Number
5. Fill up other details and Register
6. An error will throw up - Registration Number and DOB doesn't match
7. Submit the details as a provisional candidate
8. You will be allotted a provisional registration number. 
9. Update the correct registration number and give different email id and mobile number. 
10. Exam department will regularise the registration.
11. Follow the process only if you are eligible to write the exams.
