5 Ways to Build Confidence for CA Exams!

Success doesn't come without confidence. Yet there are some days, weeks, and sometimes months, when we don't feel confident.

Here are 5 ways you can build confidence for your CA Exams.

  1. Prepare Well

There's no substitute for good preparation. You will have to study. Only when you know the subject, you will be confident to clear the exam. You don’t need to know everything, but at least 80-90% of the syllabus very well. And remember, harder you prepare luckier you get.

  1. Be honest to yourself

Know your strong and weak areas. Capitalise on your abilities and improve on your shortcomings. If you are good at remembering theory, prepare theory subjects for exemption. If you are slow in writing, take a lot of mock tests. Idea is to improve on areas that restrict your learning. Don't run away from them.

  1. Seek support

If you are struggling with anything, it's okay to ask for help. Reach out to your family for emotional support, if required. Only when you seek help, people can help you. It doesn’t make you weak, rather will make you stronger.

  1. Test yourself

Regularly assess your preparation. Write mocks, take MCQs, HOTS questions and see whether you can recall the provisions. This is one of the best ways to see whether you on right track. And if you can answer them well, it will build confidence exponentially.

  1. Be Patient

If it was easy, everyone would do it. Recognise that CA Exams are important, and it justifies the grind involved. If you skip your timetable for a day or two, it's okay. Every day is a new day, make up for what you lost a day before. Regularly relax and do things that give you joy.

All the best!
