Important Announcement : Paper IV - CA Final Nov 17 Exams
We all know that the latest/recent amendments have a higher weightage in the exams conducted by ICAI. Thus, it is important to be aware of the latest changes, especially in subjects like law. ICAI has revised certain chapters for Paper IV - Corporate and Allied Laws for CA Final.
ICAI has issued a supplementary study paper on the following chapters which is relevant for November 2017 exams.
- Chapter XV: Compromises, Arrangements, and Amalgamations,
- Chapter XVIII: Removal of names of companies from the register of companies,
- Chapter XX: Winding up, and
- Chapter XXI-Part II: Winding up of unregistered companies of the Companies Act, 2013
The existing chapters in the January 2016 study material should be ignored by students. The corresponding chapters covered in Study Material (January 2017 version) should also be ignored by the students. Sample questions on the notified sections can be referred from the RTP of the November 2017 examination.
