This course prepares the learners for Paper 5 Business Laws & Ethics, of the CMA Intermediate ( New) Examinations conducted by the ICMAI. 

The course coverage is only 55% from a conceptual perspective; Students are advised to note that the course has been created using CA institute material and for students pursuing CA. The concepts, exam paper questions, etc all are from CA Material only. Most of the content for CMA India is similar to that of CA. Concepts are the same across both CA & CMA but the questions explained in the syllabus of CMA India / asked the exams by ICMAI could vary.

Students are also advised to note that the following topics are not covered and they SHALL NOT BE provided for Jun24 / Dec 24

  • 1. Introduction to Law and Legal System in India - NOT covered in total
  • 2.5 E-Contracts - Essential Requirements for Enforceability

Paper 6

This course prepares the learners for Paper 6 Financial Accounting (New), of the CMA Intermediate Examinations conducted by the ICMAI. 

The course coverage is 95% from a conceptual perspective; however, students are advised to note that the course has been created using CA institute material for students pursuing CA. The problems, illustrations, exam paper questions, etc all are from CA Material only. Most of the content for CMA India is similar to that of CA. Concepts are the same across both CA & CMA but the questions explained in the syllabus of CMA India / asked in the exams by ICMAI could vary. In addition, the order of videos/topics may differ from what is there as per ICMAI Study Material as topics are taught by us in an order in which it is easy to understand.

The following topics are not covered:

  • 1.1 Four Frameworks of Accounting (Conceptual, Legal, Institutional and Regulatory)
  • 4.8 Accounting for LLPs

Students are also advised to note that the following topics are not covered, and they SHALL NOT BE provided for  June 23 / Dec 23 attempts
