• If a learner fails the exam on the first attempt they can take the exam again after 1 month. Only two examinations attempts will be allowed per learner; beyond that, they would have to re-enroll to the course by paying the full amount - Hence students are advised to prepare well before they attempt the test
• The certificate will be issued in the name that is available in the Student profile available on our APP / Website on the date of enrolling in the course. No requests will be entertained to change/modify the name on the certificate post its issuance
