Designation: CA Trainee - Management Accountant 

Experience: Fresher/1 or 2 Years

- Monthly preparation and finalization of accounts

- Costing

- Preparation of various MIS reports 

- Working with top management on the cost-reduction initiatives

- Supporting business with various analysis

- Closing the internal audit and statutory audit 

- Budgeting

- Variance analysis

- Capex and SREP proposals

- Inventory valuations

Role 2:

Designation: Deputy Manager – Finance (Taxation)

Basic Qualification: B.com & CA

Experience: 2-6 years

Brief:

*Assistance in litigation for Direct and indirect taxes

*Filing of Income Tax Return, TDS Return, and other forms

*Ensure completeness in TDS deduction and take corrective measures

*Issue of Form16A quarterly

*Review of Indirect Tax (Monthly GST Returns, Annual Returns)

* Reconciliation of 26 AS

*Ensuring the appropriate TDS is deducted in foreign payment and filing of Form 15CA & 15CB

*Assistance in compliance with the master file, Transfer File, and Country-by-Country Reporting for TII and its group companies (including Great and Creative Cycles)

*Handling of statutory audit/internal audit and department audit

Role 3 :

Designation: Manager – Finance

Location: Mumbai

Qualification & Experience: CA with 10 years

• Budgeting, Forecasting, Product costing, MIS, Variance analysis, Working capital management, and cash flow management to support and review business performance
• Develop systems and processes for control, and compliance by scheduling regular internal audits to maintain transparency and in order to ensure adherence to statutory compliances, policies, and procedures; Comply with all board-related requirements
• Validate business analytics by tracking macroeconomic trends, implementing cost savings systems, new product development costing, and pricing strategy to track profitability on a monthly basis as per the business plan
• Manage capital budgeting and provide recommendations for expansions, Greenfield projects by developing the business plans and evaluating CAPEX proposals to support necessary business growth opportunities
• Handle financial risk management through risk identification and mitigation plans in order to shield the organization from dynamic business risks  
• Leverage IT systems by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process simplification in order to aid business functions and improve financial efficiency in business progress
• Make individual development plans of team members by reviewing them on a quarterly basis and identify their development needs to take higher performance
