Sir I just completed my ipcc group-1 old syllabus in nov-2019 and started my articleship in March 2020. Iâ??ve applied for nov-2020 for group -2 and may -2020 fees got carried forwarded. Do I need to submit any declaration?

If you registered for inter from Foundation/CPT route, no need of declaration.

Since you are direct entry student, you would be doing articleship by now. You can download the form of declaration from ICAI exam website and get signed from your principal

Probably, you wouldn't have joined articleship since you are through foundation entry and appearing exam for the first time. So there's no requirement for filing declaration. If you have any doubts, read guidelines from ICAI exam site.
