Is you question: 1) When did he explain PV of cash flow over economic life (in the Q&A)? - He explained In the solution to the question in part one where he says multiply Cash flow with PV factor, or 2) When did he explain in the accounting standard ( not in Q&A) ? in development phase 1, he spoke about ascertaining the probable economic benefit generated from the asset in future - 7.30 in video Development phase 1. We added the Q&A only so that you can understand that specific concepts he explained in Development Phase 1
