Articleship transfer

what is the issue you are facing? Generally articleship termination is restricted in 2nd Year.

Actually, city in which my firm is situated,there are lots of cases of corona so I m not able to going at my office so my principal said me to transfer in another firm right now I m in my hometown which is 400km away from my office

I have medical certificate indicating 3 months of illness. And I am contacting to ICAI from last 2 weeks but no one is answering I have called and mailed them bt no one is replying. If u know the format of application made to ICAI on medical ground please know me
