Also, in secondary report is summary but not all details we need not be given so here all sales reported seems to be primary report and also why sales only given else others?

They can report using 10% criteria. However, there is no harm in reporting more than what is required. Generally full disclosure is made for easy reconciliation.

More disclosures is never a violation. Disclosures prescribed are minimum. Violation should be checked in recognition, measurement and computations.
