Fraud committed by a party is a voidable contract.if any one of the party violate the obligation it would result in breach of contract
Waht abt coercion ,undue influence, mistake ,misrepresentation???
Breach means failure of a party to perform their respective obligations known as breach.As case above a party committed fraud as there is no consensus ad idem between two parties so automatically the contract becomes voidable
