I hear a lot of good things about this course. But can anyone tell me what is the minimum time and effort required to pass the exam (I hear 4 exams in 12 months) and whether there is really any scope of job opportunities outside India if I complete this course?

Its 4 exams in 12 months but depends on preparation. Also opportunities would be available with US MNCs or Big4s who work on US Operations. You should consider the cost of completing the course as well.
