This is related to liability in case of torts . Minor will not be held liable in case of action for deceit .if the minor is entering into a contract then it is the responsibility of the other party to check whether he is a minor or not ...and if he obtains anything from the contract whether fraudulently or otherwise he shall not be liable to repay it

Here we can use the provision of a minor can plead minority. Even if he obtains any amount by fraud, he shall not be held liable for it. This is mentioned under rules regarding minors position in a contract
