Certified copies of answer books

In website, the certified copies of answer books is hosted on 13.3.2020 but still i don't received any mails.. What i have to do?

When you filed for certified copies you would have received an email. pls check that for instructions

I don't receive such mails. And i get only an sms as they sent the certified copies to my mail. But still now, i don't receive any mails for regarding this. What am i supposed to do?
