Key success factor-Brand equity, Design, Cost/price, Resources, Competencies Core competencies-KASH- Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, Habits, +values+Wisdom+consistency Core competencies may be subset of Key success factor. Organization's objective is to gain competitive advantage . Example-Reliance jio entry in the telecom industry, followed cost differentiation KSF and Core competencies- not compromised with customer service, fast speed with less server error.
