An auditor has been removed before the expiry of his tenure .. how can new auditor be appointed?

Board of directors will fill the casual vacancy within 30 days and in case of govt company CAG will appoint within 30days

Ooh shit by mistakenly I saw resigned Instead of removed :/ In case of removal of auditor ,the new auditor will be appointed by the shareholders only at the general meeting as they only approved the resolution for the removal of auditor
