Comtrasting explanation for ADL matrix

In case of competitive position being dominant and stage if industry maturiry being "Mature".... In the ICAI book it is written "fast grow", but Suraj Sir says fast grow is not possible in this stage. I am confused. Who is right? Institue or Suraj sir?
