Incase of Contract of Bailment if the goods are damaged without Bailee's fault and the goods are even returned within the stipulated time. Then whether Bailee would be liable for the damages or not? Please answer this question Thank You.

If Bailee has not damaged, and returned within stipulated time, Bailor cannot claim damages from bailee Who else has damaged the goods if bailee has not in the scenario given by you?

Well, Sir the goods were destroyed due to an accident which was not due to some fault committed by the bailee. So,I think I have got my answer now from your reply. Thank You Sir :)
