In illustration 16 what we are finding as best quantity to order is the economic order quantity?? Why we are not using the formula??how for the first less than 250 ordering quantity is 200 ??
latest answer
We cannot use the formula because the rates are changing based on qty. 200 is just an assumption. You can take any qty below 250
