Carrying cost

If in the question they have given the percent of cash credit ,why should we take that percent for calculating carrying cost

latest answer

Assume you have taken a loan of 1 lakhs and brought inventory worth 1lakhs, now you have to store this goods for 1 month before sending for production or to sell directly, then you will incur interest on 1 lakh at 10percent, then carrying cost or holding cost of inventory will be 10k

If i omitted one amount that belongs to Factory OH and did the remaining some correctly without any other mistakes, how many marks will i get if the question is for 10Marks. Works Cost is incorrect and therefore everything down from there is incorrect but all other amounts are placed correctly.

latest answer

In this question shouldn't we consider the total cost units(pass.km.) after reducing the normal maintenance so that those costs are also included in the cost p.u. or such a calculation is required only while calculating recovery rates. Kindly explain. Thanks
