if a company pays TDS after due date,, then it will be disallowed in current year and allowed in the next PY if payee is resident will 30%(like previous case where TDS isnt collected) be disallowed or full 100%?

If payee is NR then 100% is disallowed. If payee is resident then 30% shall be disallowed.

sir, is rs 30000 payable by cash to a single person taxable in case of auditors only.

If payment is made to single person in a single day exceeding 10K by way of other than account payee cheque or draft or online then such expenditure would be disallowed.
