in Dividend payable account , Rs.12 lakh will be Debited as To cash A/c. OR will be Credited as By profit and loss A/c. ? and what will be the Balancing figure ?

Dividend declared for the year = 12,00,000 add: dividend payable on start of year = 1,50,000 less: dividend payable at end of year =(3,00,000)--> other current liability basically balance c/d Total dividend paid = 10,50,000 --> cash paid so credit to cash a/c
