Subsidy,grant or incentive are like some amount received from government or any other person on purchase of goods or assets.. If you receive any such amount.. You need to deduct it from cost of purchase Example first you paid 50,000 for purchase of goods later you received 5000 as subsidy.. Then cost of purchase becomes (50000-5000=45000)
