Because under new syllabus, only Premium Bonus method and Halsey Scheme has been retained and all other incentive schemes have been removed. (See attached announcement) But applicable for old course CAFM paper.

This was there in syllabus of May 20 para 3.10 (page 3.47 of https://resource.cdn.icai.org/55900bosintermay20-p3-cp3.pdf). This topic was covered by faculty with premium bonus methods which have been excluded later. We shall add this topic exclusively very soon.
