Exemption in 2024

For me the cost paper is exempted. I need to give only 5 and 6th papers . If by chance it happens that I receive exemption in one paper and get less than 40 marks in another paper then what will happen?

A student who appeared in all the papers comprised in a Group/Unit and fails in one or more papers in that Group/Unit but secures a minimum of 60% marks in any paper(s) of that Group/Unit shall be eligible for exemption in that paper(s) in the next three following examinations

Even I got 70 marks in costing and going to appear for group 2 on may 2024.Confused whether to mention regarding that marks in the valid exemption column while filling exam forms or not.

In my case , I need to give only the 5th and 6th papers . If I secure 60+ marks in the 5th or 6th paper . Then I will have to give only one paper next time ?
