Is it is suffecient to prepare only icai modules to pass foundation exams....is any other material for study needed......

yes , but at some time if u get booring to read those then use the scanner for all papers except accounting and law case law can be seen on the internet,

yes, for foundation exams studying icai modules and practising all its questions is more than sufficient to pass. But if you are expecting 300+ you may refer more
