In this sum for computing total cash cost why wages and admin exp are not included in total cash cost computation

latest answer

If we reduce gross profit from sales, we get cost of goods sold which includes wages and admin expenses already. For cost of sales, add selling expenses to arrive at cost of sales

Is there tax implication on terminal cash inflows?

Financial Management

answered on 18-Apr-22 10:26

In RTP nov 2020 qstn no.5, tci is added to total cash inflows and then after deducting all the outflows ,tax was computed on the same. Whereas in other questions, pv of cfat and pv of tci are calculated separately and then both are clubbed together as pvci and then deduct pvco to find npv. Why is it so?

Usually equity or networth = equity share capital+PREFERENCE SHARE CAPITAL+reserves and surplus-p&l debit balance, right? In book value market value ratio, the denominator( i.e book value) is networth / No. of equity shares. In this networth, will preference shares be included?
