Mam, in the definition of financial year2(41)....... U said for the purpose of consolidation of financial statments company should ask permission of NCLT of the purpose of changing the period of preparation of financial statments. *But in material it is given CG permission and is delegated to regional director. Which is correct RD OR NCLT
