Don't take much stress. Study with a calm mind. "Do your duty and do not expect the results." - Lord Sri Krishna So, our duty is to study consistently and give our 100%. Do not worry about the results. Study as much as you can till the end. Do not give up. Improve little by little. Keep learning. Unwanted stress is not going to benefit us in any way. Sit with a calm mind. Jot down what are all to be covered. Set realistic targets. Remember, along with hard work, smart work is also very important. Make your strategies to crack the exam and implement them. Just keep on studying even if you feel like giving up. Because consistency is the key. We have got this opportunity to study. We have to be grateful for it and give our 100% efforts. What matters is not the results, but our efforts. Happy learning! All the best!
well depends on what kind of stress you are facing. The problem is a lot of us would not be even willing to give ourselves breaks pushing beyond the limits. Pay close attention to your body. Give it what it needs. During your short breaks meditate, journal, take a walk, stretch or listen to music. Research says even 10 minutes of meditation improves focus and productivity Do some physical activity force yourself out of your study room every now and then Always keep your why infront of you Why you are doing this? Why is it important for you? Lastly love yourself. VERY important You must not go harsh on yourself if you aren't able to complete your targets. Allocate separate time for it and make sure that procrastination does not become a habit
