I forget to mention signature of head of edu institution only on place of attested photo

I have mention head, s signature on below where icai clearly says sign of head . I have doubt beacuse my friend says there was another signature needed on one photo. And below that photo it was written attested photo but i don, t consider it .. Today i post my exam form .sir will it effect my exam form.

Generally hall tickets are issued. If any discrepancy, ICAI will ask you to submit details again. Do not worry.
