Direct Taxation

I purchased individual module of direct taxation PGBP on sunday 19 april 2020 Id: 20200410588 But as if now i am not able to view it.. When i choose PGBP it shows as an error occurred.. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. Pleasee
