Does the PDF include all additions made by ICAI ? also there are several deletions. Have all this been ammended and then uploaded ?

Iam having the study material which was applicable for Nov 2019 and I couldn't write the group 2 exam ..and for the coming exam .. there are so many additions in some chapters ...so can you please provide PDF only on additions which are applicable for May 2020??...ð???
