i was not appeared in this time (i.e) in ca foundation exam.......... dec 2021 can i write in may 2022 attempt.... if possible means what is the procedure to apply for that exam..........pls any one tell me and how much fee we need to pay for that etc....

why is fees paid to counsel by client not considered for consideration whereas money paid to shopkeeper considered as consideration as in both cases both are legally bound to perform the act?

In simple words if lawyer ask to pay extra fee after winning the case it is not a valid consideration because here lawyer already charged for the case but he is asking extra amount If client promised to pay extra amount to lawyer after winning here it is valid consideration

Yes, one additional course is allowed by ICAI alongside articleship. For that you will have to inform it in Form 112
