Why for computation of annual demand, average monthly market demand is not considered??

Because here A=annual usage quantity but not demand..we need actual usage quantity not the market demand

The production quantity can be more or less than the demand depending on opening and closing stock of goods. If production= demand and there is no opening or closing stock then it's the same. However where they have given demand and usage we always go with usage because A stands for annual requirement
